Information & purpose
The purchase flow collects your name, email, package selection, and transaction reference to confirm, fulfill, and support your order. Our fulfillment team receives the information needed to arrange delivery. Contacting us provides the information included in your inquiry.
Payments & service providers
Clover collects card details through its secure embedded fields and uses Google reCAPTCHA for fraud prevention. Vercel BotID checks that each payment is started by a person. NowKnect does not collect or store card numbers or security codes. Vercel hosts this website, Supabase stores orders and receipts, Google Workspace sends order emails through Sarah, and our Twenty CRM stores customer and purchase records. These services process information needed to handle your order.
Customer details & property records
We use customer contact details for order handling and support. Separately, the product includes property and ownership records, which may identify property owners and mailing addresses. Questions about a record or personal information can be sent to Sarah.
Cookies & tracking
We use a necessary session cookie and browser session storage to keep your checkout associated with your browser. We use the Meta Pixel to measure advertising performance, including page visits and completed purchases with their value and currency. Meta may collect browser and device information and use cookies to associate activity with its services and personalize advertising. We use browser storage to avoid reporting the same purchase repeatedly. Learn more in the Meta Privacy Policy. Hosting services process connection information for security and operation. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
Retention & requests
Order and support records will be retained as needed for fulfillment, support, and applicable business or legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting Sarah. We respond within 30 days; legal retention obligations may limit deletion.
Security, children & changes
This website uses encrypted connections and restricted access to order records. The product is intended for adult business professionals. Policy changes will be dated and published, with notice of material changes where required.
