Terms of service
NowKnect is a brand of Encora House LLC, Scottsdale, Arizona. These product terms describe purchases of property intelligence through NowKnect.
Product, price & delivery
Single records cost $99 USD each; bundles contain 25 property records for $675 USD each, delivered to your online portal, with a copy by email, within 24 hours of purchase. Choose Homes, Land, or a random Mixed package with no guaranteed ratio. Records are nonexclusive. Phone numbers and email addresses are not supplied. The replacement and refund policy forms part of these terms.
Research & limitations
Records reflect available sources at the time of checking. Daily checks cannot eliminate source delays or subsequent changes. Historical disposition prices are neither seller contract prices nor current valuations or offers. NowKnect does not promise seller interest, property availability, completed transactions, or investment returns. Independently verify material information before acting. Property records are research information, not legal, tax, appraisal, or investment advice.
Acceptable use & intellectual property
Use the records for lawful prospecting and research. Do not use them to harass, deceive, or misrepresent. Buyers are responsible for their skip tracing, outreach permissions, and compliance with applicable contact restrictions. Encora House retains ownership of its software, methodologies, branding, and site content.

Liability & policy changes
To the extent permitted by law, Encora House’s total liability relating to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Changes to purchase terms apply to future orders and do not reduce the remedies agreed for an existing order.
