Refunds & replacements
A single nonexclusive property record costs $99 USD. A bundle costs $675 USD and contains 25 nonexclusive property records. Your records are delivered to your online NowKnect portal within 24 hours of purchase, and a copy is emailed to you.
Seven days to report a delivery-time issue
Email Sarah at sarah@nowknect.com within seven calendar days after delivery. Include your order reference, the property identifier, and supporting information. This is an inspection window, not a guarantee that a property will remain available during that period.
What qualifies
A property sold before delivery; a materially incorrect address or ownership detail at delivery; or a duplicate within the same batch. We will correct or replace eligible records at no charge. If we cannot do so, we will refund the amount paid for each affected record—$99 for a single record or $27 for a bundle record—to the original payment method.
What does not qualify
A sale after delivery, a buyer’s delay in using the records, an owner who does not respond or does not wish to sell, or failure to secure a deal. These outcomes do not qualify for a discount, refund, or replacement.
Later discoveries
Documented delivery-time problems reported after seven days may receive individual review; no extended coverage is promised. This policy does not limit rights or remedies required by applicable law.
